32 is an artist's book created as a memorial for the thirty-two students and professors who lost their lives at Virginia Tech on April 16, 2007. As a Virginia Tech Alumnus, I was deeply affected by the tragedy which occurred at my alma mater. I used the forum of the artist's book to express the feelings I encountered when I was learning minute by minute of the events of that day. Expressive typography was used to give visual form to a poem I wrote about that day as well as the full names of the thirty-two who were lost. To read the full poem which is set in this book, please
